Our story
Why I built 99 Ads
For years I ran my own agency — twelve people, a full client list, the lot. And from the inside I kept hearing the same thing, over and over: the retainer's too high. The leads are terrible. The cost per lead is mad. They keep telling me to spend more — and they won't tell me what's actually going on.
It was the same complaint everywhere, and it was fair. Too much of this industry runs on one lazy idea: that if the fee is big enough, it must be working. Charge a fortune, keep the client in the dark, and when the results are thin, just say "spend more" and hope.
The problem is who that hurts. A small business can't grow into a big one if the tools to get there are priced out of reach and stacked with risk. You end up paying a fortune to gamble on advertising — suffering while you hope it comes good — instead of being helped to actually grow.
So I built 99 Ads to do the opposite. Drop the cost right down — £99 a month, no four-figure retainer. Take the risk off you — no contract, and we work free until you get a lead. Be straight about everything — you own your ad account, your data and your audiences, and you see exactly what's happening. The whole point is to help you grow, not bleed you on the hope it all works out.
Small businesses deserve the same firepower the big ones get. This is how they get it.
