The situation
Accounting Made Simple wanted a steady flow of new clients without relying on referrals or directories. Like most accountancy firms, their challenge wasn't demand — it was filtering. Plenty of people need an accountant; far fewer are ready to actually move.
What we built
A Meta lead generation campaign built around clear, priced offers — a £249 compliance check and fixed monthly packages — so enquiries arrive pre-qualified on price. Qualifying questions in the lead form filter out the wrong fits before they ever reach the firm. Leads land straight on the owner's phone, ready to call or WhatsApp while they're warm.
The results
Under £100 to acquire a client.
Over the last 30 days the campaign generated 81 leads at £14.53 each. Around one in five became a paying client — 17 new clients bringing in a minimum of £6,800 in revenue, from roughly £1,650 of ad spend. Because accountancy clients stay and buy again, that figure only counts the initial work; backwork and additional services have already added more on top.
That works out at under £100 to acquire each new client — for a service worth many multiples of that over its lifetime.
